What we planto do is a murder mystery. The setting is the resort on the fictional PulauMuluku, so named because the islands owner is a Nigerian businessman. It willbe written in 1st person POV. It has 5 characters and 1 narrator who will describethe background of events. The characters are the victim, the murderer, theframed suspect, the witness, and the detective. The murderer and the suspectare brothers (Upin & Ipin), the victim is the girlfriend of the Suspect,and the Witness is the girlfriend of the murderer. The four of them areholidaying on the island. The detective is a woman called detective Lim in herlate 20s, early 30s. The rest of the characters are early 20s
1. It startswith the Victim, a 20+ year old girl, it will describe the moment she ismurdered, ie she is smoking, murderer comes and BAM hits her with a big stick,she must not say who is the murderer, use “that person, You” etc
2. Narrator,give the background on the setting, character motivations, etc
3. The suspectstarts in the interrogation room, he is confused and thinks back why theyarrest him, he gets interrogated by Detective Lim here, they found evidence hiswatch was found at the scene. name is Upin
4. The Witness,in her room, she flashbacks on the murder she accidently saw, is scared becausethe murderer is her boyfriend, doesn’t want to tell the police at first but hasnightmares of the Victim, Eventually decides to reveal the truth to the detective.
5. TheDetective, she is revaluating the case, doesn’t believe that the suspect isguilty after the interrogation but there is strong physical evidence, shewanders if perhaps he is being framed, at the end, the witness admits to herthe truth and she decides to arrest Ipin
6. The Murderer,Ipin, He is confident that the murder is perfect and he planted evidence toframe is brother, reason is that he is jealous of his elder brother who is superiorto him in everything, etc, Then at the end the cops arrest him, his plan fallsapart because of the accident.
